Insurance in the construction industry is based on complex policies and construction insurance for TAMA 38 - doubly challenging, both due to the large number of parties involved: developers, local authorities, planners, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and more, and due to apartment owners and tenants - who form an integral part of the project.
The articles were written by Itzik Simon - founder and CEO of the leading construction insurance agency, and the firm's staff members who have been involved in construction insurance for over 30 years, and specialize in urban renewal insurance in its many variations.
Enjoyable reading.

Fifth article on the Magdilim portal by Itzick Simon
Given its complexity and uniqueness, the field of urban renewal is known as a source and focus for a vast array of claims of all kinds. For this reason, I have found it appropriate to dedicate an article to the means at your disposal to try and reduce the likelihood of insurance events leading to claims for compensation or indemnity. In order to review the preliminary actions you can take, I must first and foremost present the perspective of the insurance companies. Here it is:
Recommendations for winter preparations in the TAMA 38 project and in the construction project in general.
Nov 10, 2017
Article by Asher Asban The winter season is upon us and it is important that those "involved" in the TAMA 38 project - the tenants/clients as well as the contractors and their employees - are aware that the winter season may bring with it many risks that could harm the safety/health of the employees and the tenants.
TAMA 38 – A special project requires a special policy. Otherwise… it could be expensive

Second article on the Magdilim portal dealing with TAMA 38 by Itzick Simon
We already highlighted in a previous article the fact that TAMA 38 projects are exceptional and unique among all existing construction projects:
Both due to the fact that these are among the only projects that house construction work and residents at the same time, and due to the complexity of building reinforcement work that is carried out in the heart of an urban environment characterized by saturated construction, which can cause damage to nearby structures, as well as to the stability of the structure in question itself during the phase of exposing and/or strengthening the foundations.
Both are due to excavation work for parking garages, which can sometimes cause damage to infrastructure, groundwater intrusion, and disruption of the hydrological balance, as well as damage to nearby structures, soil stability, and the environment.
TAMA 38 insurance, evacuation, construction and construction as part of urban renewal
Aug 23, 2017
The TAMA 38 (1-3) project to strengthen, upgrade and expand the existing structure, which is more common in urban renewal insurance, is the only construction site that "houses" workers and residents at the same time. Thus, a daily situation is created in which the residents - children, adults, the elderly - "walk around between the workers' legs" while the construction manager, contractor or developer has no ability to supervise or have any authority over them. This is just one factor in reviewing the complexity of projects of this type and adjusting insurance policies that provide maximum insurance coverage!
