This is where our rich experience in the construction industry comes into play.

The insurance company survey (performed on behalf of the insurance company by an expert surveyor in the construction industry) is what will usually determine the mandatory protection requirements for insurance coverage for the project, as well as sometimes mandatory coverage conditions in the event of damage or physical injury to an employee or third party on the project.

Sometimes, the survey will even have an impact on how the work is performed, and damage controls, and may even lead to the denial of insurance coverage in the event of failure to meet these requirements.

This survey is especially important in various contractor insurance policies such as:

Here are two scenarios for the policy's 'development' until its signing. Your choice:

Our Policy Script This is the script that leads to the opposite result from the regular policy script. In our view, it's better to negotiate, discuss each clause, and get all support and professional opinions before issuing the policy to prevent disputes when an insurance event occurs.

As a leading insurance agency, we have several important exclusive advantages alongside our rich experience that has taught us much, along with deep knowledge at the professional level (not just insurance but also in the construction industry) and our readiness to roll up our sleeves and 'sweat' to provide our clients with the best:

  1. Developing creative solutions that pave the way for maximum coverage for you and alleviating the insurance company's concerns about project risks in a way that will make the surveyor's findings and recommendations realistic and feasible for you.

  2. We are not scared of mud, cement, or strenuous work. On the contrary, this is how we acquired the vast experience that allows us to identify in advance the risks that could be a source of dispute or a demand for improvement by the insurance company. At the same time, we mobilize all support, reinforcement, expert opinions, documentation reports on the condition of adjacent buildings, and everything required to provide you with a policy with maximum coverage at competitive cost.

  3. We are here for your service, available for any need that arises, ready to provide professional consultation and guidance aimed at preventing unnecessary risks. And when an event requiring policy activation occurs, our team of insurance experts will come into play - professionals whose services we have been using for years and who will help you fully realize your rights to receive full compensation when damage occurs.

The Regular Policy Script This script is the prevalent one in the contractor work insurance industry, and its result is generally minimum insurance coverage for the contractor, and ultimately, when an insurance event occurs, disagreements begin about coverage alongside running after professionals and opinions in an attempt to receive compensation.

In the 'regular script,' the insurance person functions as a transit station that hands the insurance company's survey to the contractor for signature. The result is a multitude of exclusions and hedging requirements arising from the surveyor's report. In other words - basic insurance coverage and even less than that.

And there are several reasons why it works this way:

  1. In the regular policy script, the forces that could stand against the findings, requirements, and recommendations of the insurance company survey are not working in your favor. Often the insurance person is not sufficiently knowledgeable about the construction industry nor about the secrets of various contractor insurance policies - and these are basic conditions for engaging in such a complex field.

  2. Building contractor insurance policies of their various types involves a lot of work. The process is so complex and demanding, requires high availability, many working hours, operating a gallery of professionals, experts, developing and submitting opinions, running around, meetings, and actually going out to the field (construction site) to build a policy requires a lot of hard work and as the well-known saying goes: that's not how you build a policy.

  3. Since most insurance agencies handle all types of insurance (vehicle, apartments, life, and more), objectively, they cannot specialize deeply in construction industry insurance policies, or employ insurance experts, engineers, surveyors and authoritative professionals in the construction industry to provide construction industry clients with the optimal, deep, and most professional support.
