Yoram is the operations manager of the agency in all that it entails.

In addition to this role, Yoram is responsible for coordinating ongoing customer service in the field of life insurance and pensions.

Yoram ensures responses to inquiries from our veteran client base in this field, coordinates and manages handling matters with insurance companies, all in coordination with the agency's CEO - Itzick Simon.

Yoram is a graduate of numerous courses and training programs in the industry, with over ten years of experience in the field during which he has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience. He continues, given the changes in this complex field, to train and stay updated as required by all the circulars, court decisions, and various extension orders that have been published in recent years and have created profound changes in the field, for the benefit of our insured clients.
