Raz has extensive experience of over 15 years in business consulting and guidance.

Throughout his ongoing work over the years as a business consultant, Raz has advised and assisted numerous businesses to maximize performance and realize more of their business potential through unique work processes that focus on empowering human capital alongside implementing advanced strategies for business development.

In his work at the agency, Raz is responsible for developing the overall business operations, including: developing the agency's various activity sectors and products, responsibility for client relations, marketing and digital media, developing work programs, creating training programs and building the agency's training framework, and improving work processes and efficiency at the agency.

Additionally, Raz, as a licensed insurance agent, manages and heads the renovation contractors department at the agency.

In terms of education, Raz holds a bachelor's degree in Management from the Open University, is a certified organizational consultant from Tepanut - the School of Management at the Open University, holds a certificate as a certified personal and business coach from "Tot" Communication and Results, and is a group facilitator from Gesharot College.
