Attorney Louisa Matatov is the head of the contractor underwriting team at the agency. Immediately after her legal qualification about 15 years ago, she decided to specialize in the world of insurance. Prior to joining the Itzick Simon Insurance Agency, she served for about 10 years in key positions in the claims department at an insurance company. There, she gained a wealth of experience that gives her a holistic view of the industry, also from the insurers' perspective.

As part of her work as head of the contractor underwriting team, Adv. Mamtov is responsible for the portfolio managers. Including control, supervision, ad hoc response and most importantly - solving challenges and removing barriers. Outlines underwriting policy at the agency and formulates guidelines in accordance with the frequent changes in the construction insurance industry and customer needs. Provides direct client portfolio management to large contractors and developers and/or complex projects.
